New FARSHA Resources - June 20, 2008 - FARSHA has published two new informational brochures, Do You Transport Agricultural Workers and Farm Labour Contractors; What you must do as an employer, a contractor and a commercial vehicle carrier.
A section of FARSHA's Health and Safety Program was developed on worker transportation. This program has a full explanation of the Occupational Health and Safety regulation, information on the Motor Vehicle Act and the commercial vehicle requirements.
