New! SAWP Workers

Important Information For Employers Receiving SAWP Workers
As part of agricultural employers due diligence, it is important to provide a health and safety orientation to new workers.   It is essential that all new workers are made aware of any and all potential health and safety concerns. FARSHA has developed an easy to use resource, which will assist employers with this responsibility.  The resource will provide all employers, utilizing unskilled guest workers, with adequate tools to enable them to conduct orientation training, in Spanish, at their convenience. The resource consists of a Spanish language booklet, DVD and New Worker brochure.
